Anek Kusala Sala in Pattaya is one of Thailand’s most significant centers of Chinese culture and art. It was initially built to forge a friendship with the Chinese. It is a museum that highlights more than three hundred pieces of Chinese art, which are mostly bronze and brass statues of their historical icons from different Buddhist and Taoist deities. Anek Kusala Sala is split into two floors, with the upper floor housing larger statues. The most prominent of these are the Shaolin monks posed to show a variety og martial art stances. Travelers can also see statues of fortune tellers, dress makers, and liquor sellers.
